The war for unification is over, but the repercussions are likely to be with us for a long time to come. Serenity Valley, which some say was the turning point of the war, stands today blackened and charred; the only landmark - a graveyard on the hills next to the valley. Yet that might soon change, if the proposed Serenity Memorial Park is built, to commemorate those who died, on both sides of the war.
